Vision

To uplift, entertain, educate and inspire young audiences with original musical theater that makes magic out of paper and cardboard, fostering a lifelong love of the arts.

Goals

1. 1.After scaling back by necessity due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we seek to expand our administrative staff (currently just two full-time) to at least one more full- or part-time employee who can focus on Development, Strategy and board recruitment.
2. 2.Together with an expansion of our administrative staff will be the expansion of our theatrical touring performance and workshop opportunities, in other words, an opportunity to reach more children, especially those in underserved communities, with our programs. Added staff will permit us to reclaim geographic areas we formerly reached but had relinquished due to pandemic-era cutbacks.
3. 3.To remain current and fresh in our programming, it is imperative to review feedback from educators and parents and to adapt in any areas found lacking. For example, we may develop programs tailored for neurodiverse audiences, or for those who are learning English as a second language. We can continue to develop material that speaks to today’s audiences while remaining true to our spirit.
