TO PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES, SUPPORT, AND CARE FOR ALL QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS IN THE SPORT OF DOGS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENTS, PRESCRIPTIONS, FUNERAL EXPENSES, AND DAILY LIVING EXPENSES.
