THE CHILDREN'S HEARING INSTITUTE, INC. WAS ESTABLISHED TO FUND RESEARCH AND PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF HEARING-IMPAIRED CHILDREN AND ADULTS THROUGH RESEARCH, REHABILITATION, AND EDUCATION. ITS MULTIFACETED PROGRAMS HELP BRING TOGETHER THE SKILLS OF PHYSICIANS, BASIC RESEARCHERS, EDUCATORS OF THE DEAF, AUDIOLOGISTS, AND SPEECH/LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS.
