THE 501(C)(3) CORPORATION SHALL OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY AS A NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION PROVIDING A SUPERVISED PROGRAM OF COMPETITIVE TEE BALL, SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL GAMES. MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF CHILDREN WHO LIVE IN LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP AND THE BOROUGH OF NARBERTH, BOTH IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
