Vision

Our vision is a just and compassionate society in which children of all social and economic backgrounds receive the loving care, early education, and diverse social experiences they need to reach their highest potential and contribute to the common good.

Goals

1. 1.Continuous quality improvement in classroom experience & outcomes for children, as demonstrated through child learning & developmental outcomes, parent feedback, maintenance of Jubilee JumpStart's "High Quality" designation under DC Capital Quality, and scores achieved through Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) observations and Infant/Toddler Rating Scale-Revised (ITERS-R) assessment.
2. 2.Provide effective and transformative growth opportunities for parents by (a) developing parents as program leaders though JumpStarter Family Council participation, and (b) increasing the quality of, and parent engagement in, family support and education services through the use of survey and evaluation data to ensure that programming is responsive to parents' goals, needs, and hopes.
3. 3.Increase Jubilee JumpStart's impact through the development of 50 new early childhood education and care seats in the District of Columbia.
