raises funds to provide resources and support for critical veterinary care and enrichment for the animals at the Thomas J O'Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and depends on the generosity of its supporters to achieve its goals.

Life-saving and general medical care and treatment for every animal that passes through the TJO shelter.

Goals

1.To provide enough financial support to bring back the spay and neuter program as well as provide free parvo clinics to the cities of Springfield, Chicopee and Holyoke at least once a year.
2.In coordination with the shelter, the Foundation wants to help provide a mobile veterinary service that can go into impoverished areas of the city and aid in treating animals.
3.To grow the size of the Foundation and board of directors in order to cover more medical and program costs for the TJO shelter and help coordinate efforts within Springfield, Chicopee and Holyoke.
