TREAT ALL AS INDIVIDUALS WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. NURTURE THE SPIRITUAL FORMATION OF THE CHILD. STRIVE TO DEVELOP CHILD'S GOD-GIVEN TALENTS/GIFTS TO LEAD AND SERVE OTHERS.
