Goals

1. 1.Strengthen and expand the core programs that have defined our first 40 years—ensuring they remain robust, relevant, and responsive as our community’s needs and opportunities evolve.
2. 2.Expand the Music in the Community Initiative’s reach—especially Boots & Beats and future offerings—by cultivating stronger, mutually invested community partnerships. As services grow, we’ll collaborate with partners on supportive funding that helps sustain these programs.
3. 3.Invest in long-deferred building maintenance to improve safety, comfort, acoustics, and energy efficiency. These upgrades will ensure our spaces support high-quality learning and performance while meeting the needs of our community for decades to come.
