The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: To secure a million dollars in a permanent endowment to subsidize care at the Home for Hospice for under insured and uninsured patients who otherwise would not be able to afford care there.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Two: Once the million dollars is secured we will disburse 10% each year to operations to subsidize indigent care at the Home for Hospice. This 10% disbursement will be replenished by fundraising.
Goal Type: This goal reflects our commitment to further our advocacy work for our organization and or cause area.
Goal Three: The level of care provided at the Home for Hospice is unique. It is a very expensive facility to run as staffing requirements are very high to provide this care.
Goal Type: Invest in the capacity of our organization (financial, management, technical, etc.).
