THE MISSION OF NEW JERSEY MUSEUM OF TRANSPORTATION, INC. IS TO COLLECT, PRESERVE, DISPLAY, INTERPRET, AND OPERATE HISTORIC RAILROAD EQUIPMENT, IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE HISTORY OF RAILROADING FOR THE EDUCATION AND ENJOYMENT OF FUTURE GENERATIONS.
