PHILADELPHIA VETERANS COMFORT HOUSE WAS ESTABLISHED TO GIVE HOMELESS VETERANS A CHANCE TO START OVER AND BECOME PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY WHILE PROVIDING THE FOUNDATION ON WHICH VETERANS CAN BEGIN TO REBUILD AND MAINTAIN A SUPPORT FOR THEIR FUTURES AHEAD.
