To see the local churches in Eastern Europe adequately equipped for works of service (Ephesians 4:12

1.Relocate shelter homes to facilities that are better equipped to meet the needs of those in recovery.
2.Increase services to address the growing population elderly living on the streets.
3.Invest in further education for our field staff so they can continue their work of training & development in their communities.
