THE ORGANIZAITON ALSO FOSTERS AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE PEOPLE ARE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT, ARE THE ARCHITECT OF THEIR OWN FUTURE, ARE ABLE TO ADVOCATE FOR THEIR DREAMS AND BELIEFS, ARE THE KEY PARTICIPANTS IN ALL DECISIONS AFFECTING EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR LIVES, ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY FOR FULL INCLUSION IN EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, AND COMMUNITY LIFE AND ARE PROVIDED OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP SKILLS THAT LEAD TO INCREASED INDEPENDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM.
