Goals

1. 1.PA Women Work is experiencing record-breaking enrollment across all of our workforce development programs. During this time of heightened community need, we are working to scale our programming to ensure that each job-seeker can receive the individualized and holistic career development support that is key to our clients' success.
2. 2.PA Women Work continually works to refine current programs and launch new data-driven programs to remain responsive to both the needs of our clients and the 21st-century workforce.
3. 3.In alignment with our strategic plan, PA Women Work has invested in our internal capacity over the last several years to position our organization for further growth. Investments in our internal database, website, and other technological systems have allowed us to better track and communicate program outcomes and streamline administrative tasks.
