We believe music has the power to transform lives.

Goals

1. 1.We are committed to eliminating barriers to participation by providing essential wraparound services. We offer free transportation across the city to ensure that students from diverse neighborhoods can attend our programs. We also provide free meals to all participants, recognizing that access to nutritious food is critical to their overall well-being and ability to focus on learning.
2. 2.Our programs include the Sprouts of Music for early childhood, the Marching Crusaders for elementary and middle school students, and the Roots Studio Academy for young adults, providing technical knowledge and industry certifications. These are our core programs and we have also added a new instrument repair program.
3. 3.We are adding several positions to our staff this year. This will allow for more support of the leadership team across departments, including administration, development, and programming.
