Vision

Our Vision is: A future where individuals of differing abilities are empowered to lead meaningful, independent lives and volunteers are inspired and enriched by the profound impact they have in fostering growth and change through a compassionate community of strong, lasting connections built on shared experiences. To serve and empower our community, including those with differing abilities, veterans, and families through healing with animals and the experiential nature of the Ranch.

Goals

1. 1.Increase access to our Adaptive Horsemanship program by restructuring our schedule to allow our instructors to teach more lessons in a day, allowing us to bring more clients off the waitlist and into our programs.
2. 2.Increase access to our core programing of Adaptive Horsemanship and Mental Health by securing more financial support to bring in additional horses and staff to fill our arenas to capacity.
3. 3.Add Caregiver and Family Support through Equine-Assisted Learning and Life Coaching. Being a caregiver or sibling is a difficult road, and we are finding that many of our caregivers and families lack support and want an opportunity to experience the Equine connection.
