1.Reach and build trust with socio-economically marginalized communities, and inspire residents to step up to address local issues in their neighborhoods together with their neighbors.
2.Optimize our interactions with ioby project leaders and ensure that they get the resources, technical assistance, and coaching support they need to effectively bring their projects to life.
3.Build ioby’s organizational capacity to grow and to become stronger and more sustainable in order to support resident-led community change across the United States.
