Mission

Global Child Advocates is an international NGO registered as a Thai Foundation and a U.S. 501c3 nonprofit. Our teams have been protecting children in marginalized communities since 2008. We are a team of dedicated child protection specialists working to resolve the root causes of orphanhood and human trafficking. GCA is working to transform these vulnerable communities which are susceptible to increased risk of orphanhood and human trafficking into safe places for children to thrive and grow within families. Our teams are shaping local child protection systems to robustly respond to the threats and vulnerabilities that children face. Through our programs, families are empowered to be resilient to challenges and strengthened to provide the best child protection. We seek to communicate about our approach and the feasibility of protecting children within families consistently and excellently in order to shift the global perspective towards caring for orphaned and vulnerable children within families.
