Providing financial and emotional support to individuals in active cancer treatment, helping reduce everyday burdens and strengthen our community during difficult times.

Vision

A compassionate community where no one faces cancer alone, and every individual in treatment feels supported, cared for, and empowered through life’s most difficult moments.

Goals

1.Strengthen the long-term sustainability of the Financial Relief Grant Program by expanding and diversifying revenue sources to ensure ongoing assistance for eligible Rock County residents in active cancer treatment.
2.To grow the Rock County Support Group as we are the only non-clinical based, peer run support group currently in Rock County.
3.Increase access to financial assistance by serving 25% more eligible Rock County residents, expanding our reach beyond the approximately 20% of diagnosed cancer patients we currently support each year.
