Vision

We hope to sponsor more families, above and beyond what we can do now. We have a goal to double our fundraising, which would allow us to double our awards that are given out throughout the year.

Goals

1. 1.As MTW continues to grow, we decided to hire our first employee, an organizational coordinator. This will help us work towards increasing our fundraising so we can provide more awards for families who apply.
2. 2.MTW is currently working on expanding our web reach through building a new website and growing our social media. We would like to have the website set up as an easier tool for applicants to use.
3. 3.We are reevaluating our areas served to find the highest and best use of time and money. Through fundraising and referrals, we'd like to thoroughly review where our awards are being utilized.
