To end intergenerational poverty in a single generation.

Goals

1. 1.Our Centres of Excellence are 2 year residential programs where high achieving students are tutored by our teachers for 6 hours each day. >90% of all students from these programs go on to top 5% colleges in India. The program has a proven, 13 year track record and has strong funding traction. We aim to grow these centers from 40 to 150 over the next 5 years.
2. 2.Our current programs are primarily focused on pre-engineering courses. We aim to expand our programming to include design, arts and accounting to cater to a wider cross-section of student ability. Of the 150 new centers, 30 will focus on these new disciplines
3. 3.As we scale, we need better financial systems as well as investments in our leadership team. We work across 28 states in India with their own accounting complexity. Managing our expenses and accounting requires us to migrate to more robust financial management tools.
