We'd like to create a more secure world through engaging education, contribute to a thriving locksport community, and inspire fun and creativity through lock picking.

Goals

1. 1.Support existing chapters by supplying educational, staffing, and physical resources. Establish new chapters by supporting interested parties through the process of developing and maintaining their chapter. Develop and maintain a robust online presence, principally through social media.
2. 2.Reinvest resources to ensure compliance and profitability. Discontinue practices that were wasteful by reevaluating impact, determining strategy, and contextualizing initiatives within this strategy.
3. 3.Hire paid and volunteer positions that allow us to apply specialized skills to specific goals, maintain continuity between leadership changes, and divide labor for more manageable workloads.
