Goals

1. 1.Silent Victims of Crime will expand Leadership SMARTS to serve more youth by increasing enrollment, strengthening partnerships, adding staff and mentors, expanding trauma-informed services, and reducing barriers through transportation, meals, technology, and family support, ensuring more children access life-changing programs.
2. 2.Silent Victims of Crime will launch new programs addressing emerging needs, including workforce readiness, STEM, entrepreneurship, family wellness, trauma-informed mental health services, and therapeutic arts. These initiatives will strengthen resilience, improve family stability, and prepare youth for academic and career success.
3. 3.Silent Victims of Crime will strengthen organizational capacity by investing in financial management systems, data tracking tools, staff development, and program infrastructure. Funding will support training, technology upgrades, and administrative support to improve efficiency, accountability, compliance, and long-term sustainability while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
