HIGH SCHOOL TO COLLEGE BRIDGE PROGRAM FOR YOUTH WHO ATTEND COURT AND COMMUNITY SCHOOLS. THE PROGRAM IS ARTS INTENSIVE AND PROVIDES THE PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE BEEN PLACED IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM THE CAPABILITY TO INTEGRATE BACK INTO SOCIETY THROUGH HIGHER EDUCATION
