We hold a vision for the communities we serve where all people are healthy, educated, and employed.

Goals

1. 1.Sonrisas Felices has 6 years experience providing oral health services to rural populations in Nicaragua, in strong partnership with the Ministry of Health (MINSA) and other nonprofit orgs. Our approach has been proven in one region thus we are now focused on expanding our services to other parts of Nicaragua where MINSA has a hospital presence.
2. 2.We established our 501c3 in late 2025, thus we are very focused on fundraising and establishing strong partnerships in the US market.
3. 3.It's not a new program but the people power of our dental program is local women - Nicaraguan dentists that we employ, partner with, and educate via full-ride dental university scholarships for young women of low income families. Incubation is a very important tenet of our mission.
