Goals

1. 1.Expand TNR and Population Control Impact: Scale our humane, data-backed trap-neuter-return (TNR) and sterilization programs by 25% over the next two years. By expanding targeted neighborhood interventions and increasing access to veterinary clinics, we will directly reduce community cat overpopulation and lower shelter intake rates in our highest-need regional zones.
2. 2.Strengthen Community Care Partnerships: Launch a coordinated Community Cat Caregiver Support Network to provide resource kits, food assistance, and educational workshops. Fostering these grassroots community partnerships empowers local residents, improves daily feline welfare, and establishes sustainable, compassionate neighborhoods for community cats.
3. 3.Enhance Data Tracking & Organizational Capacity: Invest in advanced colony management software and volunteer training to improve our data-tracking capabilities. Upgrading our data infrastructure will allow us to measure long-term program efficacy more accurately, optimize resource allocation, and present transparent, metrics-driven outcomes to our stakeholders and donors.
