Goals

1. 1.Growing and expanding allows FCHS to have a greater and more lasting impact on animal welfare in our community. Expanding our physical facility allows us to help a larger number of animals by providing shelter, medical care, and adoption opportunities. Increased access to programs strengthens community relationships, encourages volunteerism, and builds a supportive network of animal advocates.
2. 2.Strengthening the internal resources and abilities allows us to grow and succeed. Investing in Human Resources, Technology and Training will lead to improved organizational performance, competitiveness, and resilience. Strategic planning will ultimately driving long-term success and sustainability.
3. 3.Service offerings, such as behavioral training and healthcare for community animals of low income families. Low cost vaccine clinics and spay/neuter programs. Education on responsible pet ownership.
