Vision

Lincoln Park Community Services aspires to assist as many unhoused Chicagoans to find and retain permanent housing. By doing the work in all of our programs -- from street outreach which helps those living in encampments, to our drop-in program, which provides services several hours a week to those living on the streets, to our interim housing program--we aim to assist every individual to begin and maintain a path to self sufficiency.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to increase the number of guests who graduate to secure housing from our interim housing program by ten percent each year. In FY 2023, we graduated 103 persons.
2. 2.We wish to grow the number of street-bound people helped by our drop-in program by 10% in FY24. We provide showers, laundry, meals and case management 5 days a week. In FY23 we served 2,460 guests.
3. 3.We wish to grow the number of persons helped by street outreach by 10%. The team serves encampments in Chicago with basics including food, blankets and case management. In FY23 we served 112 persons.
