Imagine a world without digestive diseases.

Goals

1. 1.We aim to grow our funding programs by addressing key digestive disease challenges. By supporting innovative clinical and discovery research, we seek to improve patient outcomes. Investigator-driven projects enable the GI Research Foundation to fund cutting-edge science, providing critical early support to prove hypotheses that could transform treatment and disease management.
2. 2.We have invested in the development of key communications pieces - digital and podcast - designed to engage constituents in the power of research to drive health, disease prevention and cures. Now, we need to invest in tactics to grow our constituent base - patient outreach, social media advertising, donor data mining, etc.
3. 3.A transformative idea can propel an organization toward its mission. For digestive diseases, that "moonshot" is regenerative medicine—using the body’s mechanisms to halt, reverse, and potentially prevent disease. The GI Research Foundation has launched a three-year, $5 million campaign to advance research in regenerative medicine for digestive diseases.
