TO PROVIDE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS TO KIDS AND YOUTH AT-RISK IN THE COMMUNITY TO EXPAND THE RANGE OF CHOICES AND OPPORTUNITIES THAT ENABLE, EMPOWER AND ENCOURAGE YOUTH TO ACHIEVE POSITIVE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVE EXPECTATIONS AND CAPABILITIES FOR FUTURE SUCCESS.
