Mission

Crossover Outreach’s mission is to show the love of Christ by feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, providing services and programs to uplift those in need, restoring hope and rebuilding lives in the City of Flint and Genesee County.

Vision

Crossover envisions a community where basic needs are met, hope is restored and lives are rebuilt.

Goals

1.Programming. Create and sustain program excellence that meets the needs of our clients and community.
2.Public Relations. Increase public awareness of the Crossover Outreach name and mission while also increasing volunteerism at Crossover Outreach.
3.Funding. Increase and sustain funding to fulfill mission and values of Crossover.
