Mission

Spare Key’s mission is to provide assistance to families with a critically ill or seriously injured family member. No matter the illness, no matter the injury, no matter the income. We help families “Bounce and Not Break” through our Help Me Bounce platform, harnessing the power of crowdfunding to connect thousands of families directly to donors. We are committed to helping families stay by their loved one’s side by relieving the stress, anxiety and financial burden that comes with a medical crisis.

Vision

Spare Key believes that every family should be given the gift of time to be with their loved one during a medical crisis to focus on care and recovery rather than worry about how to make their financial payments.

Goals

1.Spare Key's goal is to help more families throughout the nation facing real hardship pay real bills in real time.
2.Spare Key's mission is to help more families "Be Seen. Be Heard. Be Found." by donors across the nation. Our focus is to increase awareness of our mission across the United States.
3.Spare Key will continue to invest in the technology and capacity of our Help Me Bounce program to make it more user-friendly for MORE families and donors throughout the nation.
