SparkPath (formerly Success Beyond the Classroom) creates powerful learning experiences that challenge students to explore interests, discover new perspectives, connect with professionals in the community, and visualize their success beyond the classroom.

Goals

1.Look back and forward to evaluate and launch new programs. - Develop new program evaluation/selection criteria - Pilot one new program per year - Collaborate with partner organizations
2.Establish and expand relationships to engage with the mission. - Recruit new board members - Explore new partnerships - Maintaining strong relationships with schools and districts
3.Develop and implement a workforce development model for effective service delivery - Implement a universal process for tracking donations - Create a comprehensive template for program execution
