THE DELTA HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER WILL SERVE TO PROVIDE GREATER ACCESS TO HEALTH RESOURCES IN THE DELTA COUNTY AREA. RESOURCES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO HEALTH CLINIC SERVICES, RECYCLING OF DURABLE MEDICAL GOODS, ACCESS TO MEDICATAION THROUGH ASSISTING CLIENT/ PATIENTS WITH DRUG COMPANY PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, AND SERVING AS A COMMUNITY HUB FOR HEALTHCARE RELATED RESOURCE INFORMATION.
