Mission

SOUTHERN APACHE MUSEUM WAS CREATED TO PRESERVE THE HISTORY, TRADITIONS, LANGUAGES, AND WELFARE OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE REFERRED TO AS NATIVE, NATIVE AMERICANS OR NATIVE AMERICAN INDIANS THAT RESIDE IN HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREA. IT IS OUR HOPE TO EXTEND THESE GOALS TO OUR CHILDREN AND GENERATIONS TO COME, IN ADDITION TO EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT OUR PEOPLE.
