Mission

Our mission is to cultivate a welcoming space in the Historic Anacostia for diverse theatrical productions, serving an underserved community. Through artistic theatrical presentation, community driven programming and collaboration, we aim to engage the community by fostering positive social change and justice through the performing arts.

Vision

Our vision is to nurture a vibrant and inclusive cultural incubator that enriches the lives of our community and beyond through the transformative power of the performing arts.

Goals

1.The DC Theater Arts Collaborative Theatrical Productions aims to provide a platform for exploration of the human condition, showcasing a diverse range of genres and themes that reflect the community and diversity of the Anacostia Neighborhood.
2.By showcasing a diverse range of genres and themes, our productions provide a platform for underrepresented voices and stories. This helps to reflect the true fabric of the Anacostia community and fosters a sense of belonging and pride.
3.We continue to diversify and codify our programming for a community who is not adequately served.
