    The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
    To adapt to our limited staff, we have integrated more programming to save time, increase focus. Also, in Sept 2023, Learning Life initiated a strategic planning process that will culminate with an updated strategic plan in Feb 2024. This process includes gathering input on our external threats and opportunities, and internal strengths and weaknesses, from internal and external constituencies through a survey and interviews.
