The purpose of the Children's Museum of Yuma County is to create playful experiences where all children learn through exploration, imagination, and creativity.

Our vision is to transform the lives of children with a welcoming place to play, explore, imagine, and create.

Goals

1.Deliver engaging, high-quality programming throughout Yuma County and increasing affordability through targeted admission discounts, ensuring more children and families can participate regardless of location or income.
2.Prioritize core educational programming, allocating staff time and resources toward high-impact exhibits and hands-on learning experiences, and thoughtfully scaling back or discontinuing programs that fall outside our core focus.
3.Expand the museum’s financial vitality through the provision of quality programming to new audiences, innovative exhibits, and identification of new revenue opportunities.
