1. 1.Expand access to lodging and support for veteran families receiving medical care in Charleston by maintaining high utilization of the Fisher House and providing hotel accommodations when the house reaches capacity.
2. 2.Strengthen the long-term sustainability of Friends of Fisher House Charleston through diversified fundraising, strong financial stewardship, and strategic partnerships that ensure continued support for veteran families.
3. 3.Maintain a strong focus on providing lodging and direct support to veteran families while aligning organizational resources toward programs that directly support families receiving medical care in Charleston.
