Our mission is to teach children and adults the practical skills and knowledge needed for lifelong mental health and wellbeing.

We envision a cohesive society where humankind is supported by equitable tools for self-efficacy and

1.The demand for our services has never been greater & our goal is to never turn anyone away. Continuing to remove barriers that may exist for communities in need, means expanding our capacity.
2.Creating impact within our communities means scaling our business services. In turn this gives us the ability to fund the transformative work we do in schools, our programming, and our operations.
3.Funding our new Equitable and Accessible Mindfulness program to ensure our services are accessible to the wider population. This includes the low-vision, hard of hearing, & Deafblind community.
