THE HOUSTON FRIENDSHIP AND WELLNESS CIRCLE WAS ESTABLISHED WITH THE GOAL OF BRINGING FRIENDS AND SMILES TO CHILDREN & ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND PEACE OF MIND TO THEIR OF PARENTS; TO FOSTER THE VALUES OF VOLUNTEERISM AND COMPASSION AMOUNG OUR YOUTH; AND TO ULITMATELY REALIZE THE COMMUNITY'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS' MEMBERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
