Family Service Lincoln envisions a strong community where every family has access to food and nutrition, safe and consistent housing, and thriving children.

Goals

1. 1.The Strategic Goal of "Growing with the Community" has Family Service Lincoln developing housing and supportive programming, including tenant and sponsor-based options; expanding facilities to provide programmatic independence; leading in Youth Development through consistent, impactful, and replicable programming; and building new and expanded partnerships.
2. 2.The Strategic Goal of "Building a Strong Bench" has Family Service Lincoln stabilizing our workforce through creative recruiting and retention strategies; prioritizing succession planning across the organization; developing leaders inside the organization through structured opportunities; and establishing ourselves as a premier employer via culture, compensation, and upward mobility.
3. 3.The Strategic Goal of "Creating a Path for Progress" has Family Service Lincoln refining and building all systems with long term grown in mind; removing dependence on individuals and placing it on procedures and systems; establishing clear and effective internal communication policies and systems; and maintaining strong infrastructure and a growth mindset in order to act on new opportunities.
