Goals

1. 1.As our program expands, and more men and couples choose vasectomy as their family planning option, we are building an online academy to assure that the quality of care provided and the quantity of doctors committing to learn increases in all countries where work.
2. 2.After 12 years of success in over 20 countries on 4 continents, interest in our programs have succeeded. WIth more men and women embracing vasectomy as a family planning, we need to increase our staff size, standardize the procedures and develop more sophisticated and culturally diverse demand generation tools.
3. 3.As demand for our services grows, we are updating and improving the aspects of our organization such as building a new and larger board, hiring consultants in the areas of governance, finance, human resources and technology. WVD has spent 12 years creating a highly effective model with key strategic partners around the world.
