1.Program Expansion: Launch, improve or enhance at least one program each year to meet PUSD priority needs. Measurable Outcome: Demonstrated impact of Foundation grantmaking and programs that benefit teachers and students.
2.Goal: Fundraising Growth: Develop strategies and increased giving to resources needed for grantmaking and program expansion. Measurable Outcome: Increase the annual operating revenue by 5% or more each year
3.Goal: Presence & Visibility: Increase awareness of the foundation and brand awareness to target groups. Measurable Outcome: Increase contribution from target groups by 5 percent
