Mission

Our mission is to provide free, symptom-directed fitness classes, social opportunities, education and support groups for people with Parkinson’s and their care partners. Using the latest research, our highly qualified instructors lead fun, accessible exercise classes to delay and reverse the progression of our participants’ symptoms. With virtual and in-person programming, we create a welcoming space where those affected can find hope, community, and a true sense of belonging throughout their Parkinson’s journey. Our programming aims to overcome the economic, cultural, and geographic barriers to living an active, fulfilling life with Parkinson’s.
