Vision

Through its interaction with donors, advisors and schools, they have narrowed down three focus areas that they believe are crucial for the transformation of schools. First, is Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, under which they build high quality sanitation infrastructure in schools. This is important to increase enrolment in schools. Second is Smart Classrooms, for enhancing learning outcomes, through the delivery of high quality education and training. The third area of focus is Scholarships, to provide financial assistance to students who lack the resources to complete their education.

Goals

1. 1.We aim to grow, expand, and scale our programs—Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene; Smart Classrooms; and Scholarships—to reach more schools and students. By increasing access to these essential services, we enhance learning environments and educational outcomes. Through strategic partnerships, innovation, and resource optimization, we will drive sustainable growth and maximize our impact on education.

Non-core programs will be scaled back to align efforts with our mission, allowing us to expand sustainably and create lasting change in schools.
3. 3.We will strengthen our financial, management, and technical capacity to enhance efficiency and sustainability. By improving financial stability, optimizing management systems, and building technical expertise, we ensure long-term growth. This investment enables us to scale programs effectively, adapt to challenges, and maximize our impact in transforming schools and empowering students.
