Mission

The mission of PEER Kindness is to raise awareness about bullying behaviors among school-aged youth, prevent bullying through education, support children experiencing the bullying circle through intervention strategies, and teach youth to be active participants in creating more positive and inclusive environments where they gather.

Vision

The vision of PEER Kindness is to change unwanted behaviors to those that are positive, encouraging, empathetic, respectful, and kind in order to create a safe, inclusive environment for all.

Goals

1.Expand the reach of PEER Kindness programs via packaging and dissemination by developing training programs for youth, educators, parents/caregivers, and youth-serving community organizations.
2.Build fluency and abilities of community agencies via meaningful partnerships and support.
3.Drive change in community understanding and awareness around bullying behaviors.
