Goals

1. 1.To address the observed increase in financial crises among residents facing imminent eviction or homelessness, we are launching a new, permanent Housing Stability Services program. The program's objective is to provide one-time rental assistance to 75 households within the first 12 months of operation, successfully preventing homelessness and maintaining housing stability for those participants.
2. 2.To strengthen our organization's financial stability and support our vision of providing safe, secure, and sanitary housing, we will increase our unrestricted operating reserve to cover a minimum of six months of operating expenses by the end of 2027.
3. 3.To increase the long-term housing stability of residents accessing our housing programs, we will expand our existing, voluntary, in-person case management services to 70 households served across all programs by the end of 2026.
