Vision

Our vision is of a future with engaged young leaders empowered to change their world. We aim to provide our free programming across the nation to inspire, activate and make meaning impact in their communities.

Goals

1. 1.Currently we provide our programming to three service areas: California, Nevada and Arizona. With enough support we look to expand to include headquarters in key states across the nation including but not limited to Texas, New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C. and more.
2. 2.As we look to expand our program service areas, this will incur costs to our capacity building. As of 2024, we've serviced 60 fellowship program teams, and are looking to increase that number to 80 in 2026. To support our programs we'll need to hire more program staff, larger leadership training centers and expand our technology support.
3. 3.We also are looking to increasing our impact by creating new projects such as an Alumni Program to support the growing needs of our fellows as they transition out of college and into the workforce, along with an Internship Project, for our current fellows to begin to gain industry skills while in high school.
