1.Recognized locally and nationally as a presenter for artistically outstanding, unique, and culturally diverse performing arts performances and experiences
2.Grow annual MPAC participation to 500,000, with participation that reflects the demographics of Milwaukee County and the metro area
3.Transition business model from venue operator to arts & cultural organization; ensuring a balance of cultural, artistic, commercial programming as well as unrelated business revenue
